    We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

The product has been opened or used.

The product has exceeded the 30-day return period.

Contact Customer Service
Please contact us via email at support@bfufcitysoap.club or online customer service and provide your order number, return item information, and reason for return.

Return Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide authorization for eligible returns. Once the return authorization is confirmed, we will provide a return address and further instructions.

Return Packaging
Please return the product with all original packaging (such as labels, instructions, etc.). Make sure the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.

Return Mailing
Please use a trackable mailing service to return the item. Return postage is usually borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem with the product or we have made an error.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and confirm that the returned item is correct, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used to pay for the order.

    Domestic Orders: Return postage is borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem with the product.
    International Orders: International return costs are borne by the customer. Please note that you may be required to pay for customs duties and other fees incurred by the return.
